girls, cordlesses, boyfriends, roommates, and issues just dont mix.

*background info for those of you who don't already know: i go to college. i live in an upperclass, coed dorm. all the people that live within earshot of me are female and around 19 or 20 years of age.*

i absolutely do not see the point of standing in the hallway with your cordless so that you can scream at your boyfriend on the phone without letting your roomie hear what youre arguing about. this is the most ridiculous phenomenon i have witnessed since i started college. girls who have cordless phones, boyfriends, roommates, and issues dont mix.

yesterday i was just minding my own business and playing around on the net when i suddenly hear a door slam and a hell of a lot of yelling start. the girl that lives 2 doors down from me is on the cordless with her boyfriend. now. does she really think that by moving into the hallway (so that her roomie doesnt have to listen) that no one else is going to hear the conversation either? cause if she does, then she's stupider than i originally suspected.

she was screaming at him to come pick her up like it was originally scheduled because she didnt want to be here. um. hello? just because you want something does not mean you're going to get it. trust me on this one kiddies.

i now realize that girls are dumb. and sometimes i feel bad that i am one. i hope i never act like she did.

she must have yelled at the poor boy for at least 20 minutes. maybe more. i dont know cause i had to go to class. but i bet that today she has a mighty sore throat. cause she was super-loud.
